Guidelines for healthy eating and weight management
Follow these golden rules / steps for healthy eating to achieve healthy weight loss and increase your health and longevity:
1. Recommended little regular dietary supplementation. Eat lightly. Eating regularly prevents hunger, energizes and maintains good metabolism.
2. Choose foods based on your preferences and not worry too much about the amount of calories you eat but focus on combining the right foods with the right size. Do not hold back. This may cause you to overeat the next day.
3. Incorporate a variety of foods into your daily diet. Include healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, shoots and whole grains. These foods provide all the essential nutrients and fiber needed for growth, good health and the immune system.
4. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of liquid every day, such as water, and herbal tea. These drinks fill the hunger control.
5. Add fresh fruit, fresh unripe vegetable juices, vegetables, sprouts, whole grains, nuts and low-fat milk / yoghurt.
6. Drink a glass of green ginger / tea after a hard meal. This speeds up digestion and improves metabolism.
7. Eat healthy snacks such as salads, crackers, fruits, sugar-free and fatty yogurt, wholegrain biscuits and muffins.
8. Read the labels carefully and choose foods that do not contain chemicals such as preservatives and additives. Organic foods are a healthy alternative.
9. Avoid bad fats such as butter, whipped cream and rich salads and sauces. Be careful not to remove the sources of good fats such as nuts, seeds and olive oil that contain unsaturated fats. Use these foods in moderation.
10. Remove white flour products such as breads and biscuits, pasta, white rice, minced food and whole grain cereals. They lack fiber. They trigger a nail in our insulin level leading to fat storage.
11. Regular exercise. Extended yoga, yoga, calisthenics, walking and other forms of gentle work. These exercises can be done at home or in the gym with guidance. Depression can be reduced with yoga, meditation, relaxation, and sleep.
12. Avoid cold drinks, and beverages. Also avoid sweets, desserts and fried foods. Instead, eat a variety of nutritious foods. Reduce consumption of processed foods, fried foods and fast foods. If you have to have them, remember to use a scale. Balance is the key to eating what you want without feeling deprived.
13. Use cooking methods such as baking, cooking, roasting and roasting instead of frying.
