Ingredients
-1 cup Amul lassi
Mango -2
-1 cup empty syrup (1 cup = 1 cup water: 2 cups sugar)
The process
-Cut the mango and fold it.
-Add half the whole syrup and mix until you turn into a smooth puree.
-Take half of the milk product in a bowl and place the mixed puree on top. Add the remaining syrup and mix it together.
-In a separate bowl, take the remaining dairy product.
-Put both dishes in the refrigerator to make the liquid firm.
-After 30 minutes, pour both drinks into the popsicle molds and freeze.
2. Mint Mango Delight Lassi
Ingredients
-2 ripe mangoes
-8-10 mint leaves, chopped
-1 tsp sugar
-¼ cup lassi
-Ice
The process
– Mix all the ingredients together.
-Add water or milk if it is too thick.
-Serve chilled
3. Peach Lassi
Ingredients
-1 cup chopped peaches
-1 cup Amul lassi
-1 cup Milk full of fat
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-2-3 tbsp sugar
-1 cup of ice
-1/4 cup almonds, chopped
The process
-Mix all ingredients in a quick blender.
-Serve chilled.
4. Strawberry Rosewater Lassi
Ingredients
-2 cups strawberries
-2/3 cup lassi plain
-1/3 cup smooth milk
2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
-1 teaspoon rose water
pistachios carved in the end
-1 cup ice cubes
The process
-Put everything except pistachios in a blender and mix until smooth.
Serve cool.
-Top it up with some pistachios as you garnish.
5. Sweet Pineapple Lassi Delight Lassi
Ingredients
-1/2 cup lassi plain
-1/2 cups of pineapple with juice
-1 Tbsp honey
1-inch fresh ginger
-4-5 large ice cubes

-Paint the ginger and rub it in a blender.
-Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
